The ELT single gateway solution utilizes national service providers for the enrollment
and support of lienholders. ELT Service Providers supply their clients with a system and
services in maintaining their electronic titles. Lienholders should contact a service provider
from the approved lists below.

Arizona ELT is a mandatory program. Lienholders are required to sign up with an approved service provider and enroll in ELT before their lien can be placed on an AZ title record.
